Please note that when you register for a workshop or class, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following is our cancellation policy:

For withdrawal prior to five (5) business days before the scheduled start date, you may receive a full refund.
For withdrawal less than five (5) but prior to three (3) business days before the scheduled start date, the student may receive a 50% refund.
There are no refunds less than three (3) business days before a class start date.
There are no credits or refunds for missed classes.

Please note that all requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to training@rudegrooms.com, and registrations cannot be transferred as a credit toward future workshop or class dates.

 

TERMINATION
In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment without refund from a class for reasons including, but not limited to, the following: disrespectful behavior towards an instructor, fellow student, or the space; a violation of these terms and conditions; any behavior considered hostile, inappropriate, or disruptive toward the class, other students, or instructors.

 

CLASS EXPECTATIONS
You must be in the room, dressed in appropriate movement attire (if applicable), and ready to work no later than the defined start time of the class or workshop. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until a break to enter the room.

You must be stay for the full entire duration of the workshop, unless express written permission is given in advance. If an unforeseen circumstance requires you to arrive late or leave early, you must let the Instructors know immediately, and it may be grounds for dismissal without refund.

No mobile devices may be used during the workshop. On breaks, we request that you leave the room to use any electronic or mobile devices.

You are expected to follow any rules of the workshop or rules of discussion/feedback outlined by the facilitator(s).

When requested during the workshop, all feedback on and reactions to the exercises and especially to other students’ work will be respectful.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge your awareness that acting training involves an emotional and physical commitment and that there are risks associated with the same, including the risk of physical and/or psychological injury, as well as damage to personal property.

You agree to release Rude Grooms, LLC and its employees, representatives, volunteers and agents (collectively referred to as “Rude Grooms”) from all responsibility and/or liability for any physical or psychological injuries (including paralysis and death), illness, damage to personal property, economic or emotional loss that you may suffer because of or related to your participation in the training.

You agree to assume all risks, both known and unknown to you, of participation in the training. If you require medical treatment during or as a result of a class or workshop, you agree to be solely responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
